Overall, it was a nice stay and suited my travel need.
I liked the close location of the hotel to inter city bus terminal. I travelled a couple of times to Busan, the hotel is only 2 minutes walk to bus terminal. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly.
It is about 10 minutes taxi ride to Changwon CBD depening on the traffic.

Was ok.
The location was not bad, the area was quite and the staff friendly
The staff could speak better english. And it should not be a problem to cancel the last night if the situation requires it without being charged for the night anyway. But this is more a problem with the booking portal.

The location was great, and the beds were very comfortable.
The bathtub was not as clean as it should have been. There was a lot of hair left over.
